Blink is free to use! You can search for the price of your medication on our app or website with no commitment or fees.

Does Blink need a copy of my prescription?

For retail pickup, your pharmacy needs your prescription to dispense your medication. Call the new pharmacy and request a prescription transfer. You can also provide the pharmacist with the original hard copy prescription (not a scan or photocopy).

For home delivery, Blink Health Pharmacy will need a copy of your prescription. At your request during checkout, we'll transfer your prescription from your doctor’s office or pharmacy for you. In the future, you can ask your doctor to send new prescriptions to Blink Pharmacy U.S.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes, you need a valid prescription from a doctor to use Blink.

How do I use Blink for the first time?

Do I need a prescription?

How do I cancel a Blink purchase?

For retail pickup, you can cancel your order as long as you haven't picked up your medication at the pharmacy. For home delivery, you can cancel your order up until it begins processing. To cancel your order:

  1. Go to your online account
  2. Select Your Medications from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click More Details next to the medication you want to cancel.
  4. Click Cancel Order, and then select Yes.

After you cancel, you will get an email confirmation and your payment method will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days.

How do I find the Blink Price for my medication?

To see Blink's prices, search for your medication on blinkhealth.com. Then select the form, strength and quantity (you can find this on your prescription) at the top of the drug page. Blink offers price options for local pharmacy pickup and home delivery.

If the medication you ultimately receive does not match the form, dosage, or quantity you've selected, pricing may change.

How do I refill my medication with Blink?

How do I use prescription drug coverage with Blink?

Is Blink Health Coverage?

No. Blink is not healthcare coverage or insurance. Blink is an alternative way to pay for your medications.

Does Blink accept insurance?

Blink Health allows you to pay low cash prices on over 15,000 medications and receive free home delivery or pickup at a pharmacy near you. With Blink Pharmacy Plus, you can now pay with insurance for prescriptions from select doctors. See here for more details.

Do Blink purchases made without insurance count towards my prescription drug coverage?

Your payment for medications purchased through Blink without insurance may not count towards your prescription drug coverage. You need to contact your health plan to confirm whether Blink purchases count towards your prescription drug coverage or out-of-pocket costs.

If you are a Medicare Part D beneficiary or a federal healthcare beneficiary, out-of-pocket payments for medications may not be submitted for reimbursement.

How do I get my Blink Card?

When using local pharmacy pickup, show your Blink Card to the pharmacist (from your phone or printed out). You'll always owe $0 at the counter.

 We'll send you a digital copy of your Blink Card over email and text message after you pay online. You can also print it out from the confirmation page after you pay, or download the Blink Health mobile app for on-the-go access.

What payment methods does Blink accept?

We accept payment from credit, debit, FSA and HSA cards. This includes but is not limited to VISA, American Express and MasterCard.

I don't understand a charge on my credit card.

To review your recent Blink charges, go to your online account and select Payments and Receipts from the left-hand menu. In some cases, we will refund or adjust the price charged for a medication to match the prescription filled at the pharmacy.

Can I use my FSA or HSA with Blink?

Yes. For your records and reimbursement, you may access your final receipts at BlinkHealth.com/Account.

How long will my refund take?

Blink processes cancellations immediately. It can take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method.

Can I use Blink for over-the-counter medications?

Yes. Ask your doctor to write a prescription for the over-the-counter medication, and then place an order for local pharmacy pickup or home delivery.

Can I use Blink for any quantity?

Is Blink secure?

Blink Health takes the security and privacy of your information very seriously. We have a dedicated team of security professionals working to secure your data using industry best practices. Additionally, Blink processes payments through Stripe, which uses industry leading security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

How does Blink protect my privacy?

How do I reset my password?

Go to your online account and select Don't know your password? Enter the email associated with your account and click Send reset instructions. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the password reset email to be delivered.

Can I add a family member to my Blink account?

At this time, each family member must have their individual account. A parent or guardian must create and manage an account for anyone under 18 years old. Please use a unique email address for each person, and enter the name and date of birth as it appears on the prescription for each family member. Create a new account here.

What is the Referral Program?

Can I use Blink for pet medications?

Blink does not currently provide services for prescriptions for animals.

Home Delivery

How does Blink Free Home Delivery work?

Blink will deliver your prescription medication right to your door. During checkout, we'll help transfer your prescription from your doctor or current pharmacy for you. You can also ask your doctor to send your prescription to Blink Pharmacy U.S. Once we retrieve your prescription, our licensed, US-based pharmacy partner will prepare your medication for shipment.

How long will it take to receive my medication?

After you place your order online, Blink will coordinate with your doctor or pharmacy to retrieve your prescription. If additional action from you is required in order to obtain your prescription, we will reach out to let you know.

Once we receive your prescription, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class shipping. We'll email you a tracking number.

Where does the medication ship from?

Your medication will be shipped from one of our licensed US-based pharmacy partners. Medications dispensed through Blink Free Home Delivery are the same pills or medications you pick up at your local pharmacies and require a doctor’s prescription.

Which medications are currently available through Blink Free Home Delivery?

Select medications like opioids and controlled substances are not eligible for home delivery. You can check any medication on blinkhealth.com.

Is home delivery available in my state?

Blink Free Home Delivery is available in all 50 states and Washington, DC. We are also working to provide home delivery to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands as soon as we can--you can use Blink in these areas by paying online and picking up your medications at a local pharmacy. 

Can my medication be shipped to a PO Box?

All medications that are delivered via standard free shipping can be sent to a P.O. Box. For medicines that require expedited shipping, such as medicines requiring refrigeration, a physical address will be necessary.

Do I need to be home to receive my medication?

No, you don't need to be home. All shipments are delivered via USPS First Class Mail and don't require a signature.

How do I track my order?

You can track the status of your order from your online account.

  1. Select Your Medications from the main menu. 
  2. Click More Details next to your medication.

You'll see the latest status, along with tracking information once your order has shipped.

What should I do if I haven't receive my medication?

Once our pharmacy team receives your prescription, you can expect your medication to arrive within three to five business days. All deliveries are subject to delays. We recommend checking the tracking number in Your Medications for the most up-to-date delivery information. 

If your package has been handed off to USPS, questions about package delivery should be directed to your local post office or mail carrier. If you have not received your package but it was marked as delivered, please submit a claim or give us a call at 1 (844) 265- 6444.

Why did I receive a lower quantity than I had ordered?

To comply with certain state pharmacy rules and regulations, our pharmacy partner cannot fill a prescription that exceeds a 90-day supply. If you purchased a higher quantity of medication with us, we will fill your prescription for a 90-day supply and refund you for the difference in price.

If the quantity you receive does not match what is listed on your prescription bottle, please submit a claim or give us a call at 1 (844) 265-6444.

Can I get my controlled substance delivered?

No. Controlled substances are not available through Blink Free Home Delivery.

Who will be fulfilling my prescription?

Blink works with a licensed, US-based independent pharmacy partner. All medication is FDA approved and dispensed in compliance with strict quality and safety requirements established by the FDA.

Where are my medications made?

Medications dispensed through Blink Free Home Delivery are the same pills or medications you pick up at your local pharmacies and require a doctor’s prescription. All medications are made by FDA-approved manufacturers, are FDA-approved, and legal for sale in the US.

Is mail order a safe way to get my medications?

Yes. Blink works with a licensed, US-based independent pharmacy partner. All medication is FDA approved and dispensed in compliance with strict quality and safety requirements established by the FDA. If a medication requires refrigeration, it will be shipped in temperature-safe packaging.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your medication has been shipped so you can monitor the location and delivery date of your package.

Can I pay for my medication over the phone?

Yes, we can help you check out securely by phone.

What happens if I need to get a new prescription?

What if my doctor requests a specific manufacturer for my medication?

Our pharmacy partner will attempt to fill any prescription that states: “dispense as written” (DAW). In the unlikely situation where we are unable to fill, we will contact you directly.

How do I speak to a pharmacist?

To speak with a pharmacist regarding a prescription medication filled through home delivery, please call 1 (844) 265-6444.

The pharmacy didn't fill exactly what I paid for.

The pharmacist will fill what matches your prescription from your healthcare provider. If what you ordered with Blink does not match, we will automatically refund or charge you for the difference.

If your prescription was filled incorrectly, please call us at 1 (844) 265-6444.

What happens when I run out of refills?

Blink will reach out to your healthcare provider before you run out of refills. In some cases, more information (like lab work or an in-person visit) may be required to renew your prescription.

Once we have your new prescription, your auto-refill shipments will continue to be shipped to you.

What is auto-refill?

Auto-refill is a free service. When you enroll, your refills are automatically shipped to you based on your refill schedule. When it's time to renew your prescription, Blink will reach out to your doctor on your behalf.

Which medications are eligible for auto-refill?

Most medications available for Home Delivery are also eligible for Auto-Refill. Just look for the Auto-Refill option during checkout.

How do I enroll in auto-refill?

To enroll in Auto-Refill:

  1. Search for your medication here.
  2. Select the Home Delivery option.
  3. Follow the prompts to transfer your prescription.
  4. Leave Auto-Refill On during checkout.
  5. Complete your purchase.

Please note: Some medications are not eligible for Home Delivery and Auto-Refill.

When are auto-refills shipped?

Your auto-refill frequency is based on your prescription and dosing schedule. We ship your refills so you get your medication before you run out of your previous supply.

Can I change my auto-refill date?

At this time, you can't change an auto-refill delivery date. To get a refill sooner, place a new order from your online account.

If you need to cancel auto-refills, follow these steps.

You can cancel your auto-refills from your online account:

  1. Select Your Medications from the left-hand menu. 
  2. Click Manage Auto-Refill next to your medication. 
  3. Click Cancel Auto-Refill, and then select Yes.

To re-enroll in auto-refill again, place a new order and select the Auto-Refill option during checkout.

How do I get a refund?

You can cancel an order from your online account. To be eligible for a refund, be sure to cancel before your order has begun processing.

  1. Select Your Medications from the left-hand menu. 
  2. Click More Details next to the medication you want to cancel.

How does the online doctor visit work?

The online doctor visit is like a regular medical evaluation, but from the privacy and convenience of your smartphone or computer. You will be asked a series of questions about your medical history and symptoms—and a licensed healthcare provider will review your answers and get back to you within 24 hours. Depending on your condition, you may be asked to upload photos or provide lab work.

Can anyone get prescribed online?

To be eligible for an online doctor visit, you must meet certain requirements. Depending on your healthcare provider's assessment, you may not be prescribed a medication.

How soon can I get prescribed online?

You could get prescribed online in less than 24 hours. Online doctor visits will vary depending on the condition for which you are seeking treatment, and your healthcare provider's assessment of your medical history and symptoms.

What’s a subscription?

We help you get the treatment and care you need by connecting you with a US licensed medical professional for an online consultation, from the privacy and convenience of your smartphone or computer. If you're prescribed a medication, we'll ship your medication automatically every 30, 60, or 90 days.

Subscriptions are available for select conditions only, and include unlimited access to a team of licensed healthcare providers. You can cancel anytime.

Are the doctors licensed?

Yes. Blink’s third-party partner connects you with board-certified physicians and licensed clinicians. You get the same high-quality and personalized care you would expect from an in-person visit, but from the comfort and privacy of your home.

Can I talk to the same doctor every time?

You may not always be able to message with the same physician or clinician every time. Your medical information and full message history are available to the clinician who is reviewing your doctor visit at a given time.

I completed my online consultation. Now what?

After you complete your online doctor visit, you'll hear back from your healthcare provider in 24 hours. Depending on your medical history and symptoms, there may be follow-up required. Go to your account for the latest updates.

How do I upload a photo?

During your online doctor visit, you will be asked to take a photo of your ID, insurance card and face. When prompted during your consultation, click +Take Photo. You must have camera access enabled from your browser.

You may also be asked to upload additional photos based on the condition for which you are seeking treatment. Your photos are secure and can only be viewed by your clinician.

How much is a subscription?

You can get started for as low as $5 for your first month. After that, a subscription to online doctor visits is $9.95/month, plus the cost of medication (charged separately).

How do I renew my prescription?

We will let you know when it's time to start a new online doctor visit before you run out of refills on your prescription. Online doctor visits are included with your subscription at no extra cost.

When will I get my medication?

Our pharmacy team automatically ships your medication based on your individual refill schedule. No need to worry about timing your orders for every refill. Your medication will arrive before you run out of your current supply (based on your prescription).

Can I pick up my medication at a pharmacy?

Yes. If you prefer to pick up at your local pharmacy, update your preferences from Your Medications. We are accepted at 35,000 pharmacies nationwide — including Walmart, Safeway, Kroger, Publix, Costco and Giant.

How do I change my delivery address?

You can update your address anytime from your account under Profile and Settings.

Why didn’t I get my medication this month?

You may have run out of refills on your prescription. To continue treatment, you’ll have to complete a new online doctor visit.

Who dispenses, fills and delivers my medication?

Blink works with a licensed, US-based independent pharmacy partner. All medication is FDA approved and dispensed in compliance with strict quality and safety requirements established by the FDA.

How do I cancel my auto-refills?

If you'd like to stop receiving auto-refills, you’ll need to cancel your subscription. You can cancel by calling our customer care team at 1 (844) 484-5109.

Why was I prescribed something different than what I purchased?

Your healthcare provider will provide a customized treatment plan based on your online doctor visit. If you have any questions about your prescription, send your healthcare provider a message from your online account.

What if my online doctor prescribes a medication that isn't eligible for a subscription?

For your safest and most effective results, your healthcare provider may choose to prescribe a medication that isn't currently available with a subscription. If that’s the case, place a new order for home delivery—and we'll help you transfer your prescription during checkout.

I wasn't prescribed. Can I be refunded?

The $5 medical fee is a requirement that goes directly to the provider group supporting your online care. After you complete your doctor visit, we cannot refund the $5 medical fee.

If you're enrolled in subscriptions, please call customer care at 1 (844) 265-6444 to cancel your subscription and prevent any recurring charges.

Where can I get my blood pressure measured for free?

Many pharmacies and grocery stores have blood pressure machines in-store. You can also buy a home blood pressure monitor at most drug stores.

Why are there two different charges?

Your subscription and medication are charged separately each month. Your subscription is $9.95/month, charged every 30 days from your initial purchase. Your medication (price dependent on prescribed quantity and dosage) is charged a few days before it ships each month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription and auto-refills any time.

The initial $5.00 medical fee (paid directly to the doctor) and all subscription charges are non-refundable.

What’s the difference between a subscription and auto-refill?

A subscription allows you to get an online consultations for a prescription and includes unlimited access to an online doctor over chat (once you are prescribed). Subscriptions are available for select medications only.

Home delivery auto-refill is a free service that requires an existing prescription from your doctor. It does not include access to an online doctor.

Does my pharmacy accept Blink?

Blink is accepted at 35,000+ pharmacies nationwide, including Walmart, Albertsons, Kroger, Publix, Costco, Safeway, HEB, Brookshires and many more. Most independent pharmacies also accept Blink. Find a pharmacy near you here.

What is my Blink Card?

Think of your Blink Card as a new form of payment at the pharmacy counter. Your card never changes and you can always access it from your online account (and in the Blink Health app).

When using local pharmacy pickup, show your Blink Card to the pharmacist (from your phone or printed out). You'll always owe $0 at the counter.

Does Blink need a copy of my prescription?

Your pharmacy needs your prescription to dispense your medication. Call the new pharmacy and request a prescription transfer. You can also provide the pharmacist with the original hard copy prescription (not a scan or photocopy).

What do I show to my pharmacist?

Show the pharmacist your Blink Card. We'll send you a digital copy over email and text message. You can also print it out from the confirmation page after you pay, or download the Blink Health mobile app to your Android or iOS device for on-the-go access. Show the Blink Card to your pharmacist at pickup - all of your Blink purchases are linked to this card.

Should I request my refill at the pharmacy or pay first?

Pay for your medication with Blink first, then call your pharmacy to arrange for pickup. If your pharmacist attempted to process payment before you placed an order with Blink, please ask the pharmacist to process the refill again.

How do I transfer my prescription?

There are a few ways to transfer your prescription to a new pharmacy:

  • Ask your doctor to send your prescription to the pharmacy;
  • Call the pharmacy and ask them to transfer your prescription from a previous pharmacy; or
  • Give the pharmacist a hard copy prescription from your doctor.

 

Does Blink contact my pharmacy to fill my prescription?

No. After you complete your online purchase with Blink, please make sure your pharmacy has your prescription. You have a few options:

  • Ask your doctor to send your prescription to any pharmacy in the Blink network;
  • Call any pharmacy in the Blink network and ask them to transfer your prescription from a previous pharmacy;
  • Give the pharmacist the original hard copy prescription from your doctor (not a scan or photocopy).

Can I pay for my medication over the phone?

Yes, we can help you check out securely by phone. 

Give us a call at 1 (833)794-1293. We're available Monday through Friday (8am–10pm EST), and Saturday and Sunday (9am–7pm EST).

Can I use Blink for refills?

Yes, if you have refills remaining on your current prescription, place a new order from your online account. When you get to the pharmacy, show the pharmacist your Blink Card. You always owe $0 at the counter.

The pharmacy didn't fill exactly what I paid for.

The pharmacist will fill what matches your prescription from your healthcare provider. If what you ordered with Blink does not match, we will automatically refund or charge you for the difference.

If the pharmacy did not fill your prescription correctly, please speak with your pharmacist directly.

How is my pharmacy paid?

Our pharmacy network administrators, Blue Eagle Health, manages the pharmacy’s reimbursement. Your pharmacy will be reimbursed for medications filled through Blink.

How do I cancel an order?

If you are delayed in picking up your order, you can still use your Blink Card at a later date to get your medication and owe $0 at the pharmacy counter.

As long as you haven't picked up your medication at the pharmacy, you can get a refund. To cancel your order:

  1. Go to your online account
  2. Select Your Medications from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click More Details next to the medication you want to cancel.
  4. Click Cancel Order, and then select Yes.

After you cancel, you will get an email confirmation and your payment method will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days.

How do I get a refund?

Blink purchases are refundable until the medication is picked up at the pharmacy. To cancel an order:

  1. Go to your online account.
  2. Select Your Medications from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click More Details next to the medication you want to cancel.
  4. Click Cancel Order, and then select Yes.

After you cancel, you will receive an email confirmation and your payment method will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days.

Are Walgreens and CVS pharmacies in the Blink Health network?

No, but if your prescription is at an out-of-network pharmacy, Blink will handle your prescription transfer—fast and free! Transfer assistance is provided after checkout.
