What is Blink Health?

Blink Health is the new way for all Americans to save on their prescriptions. With our proprietary technology, everyone now has access to one, low negotiated price on over 15,000 medications. Simply pay online before you pick up at your pharmacy to save up to 95%.

When we say that you can save up to 95% on the purchase of drugs, we base that on the usual and customary price or “U&C” paid for drugs through over 57,000 pharmacies. We determine the average U&C price by examining patient claims data that we generate and claims data provided by our partner MedImpact Healthcare Systems Inc. We determine the average U&C price by identifying the arithmetic mode price from this data.

Here at Blink, we believe that everyone should have access to fair and affordable prescription prices. Whether you are insured, uninsured or something in between, Blink offers some of the lowest prices on over 15,000 medications.

There are no membership fees and no monthly premiums, ever.

How do I use Blink for the first time?

Use the search box in the header to find the Blink Price for your medication. Type and select your medication name. Then, choose the form, dosage and quantity you were prescribed from the drop-downs. Add the medication to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to create a free Blink Account and add a payment method. We’ll show you a digital version of your Blink Card that you can present to your pharmacist right away. Ask the pharmacist to process Blink as the primary payor - your co-pay is $0 at the register!

How does Blink offer these prices?

Blink Health is partnered with one of the largest group purchasing organizations (GPOs) in the country. Together, we are able to leverage their purchasing power to negotiate significantly lower prices for the most-prescribed medications in America. By bringing these prices online, we are able to give everyone equal access to the same fair prices that commercial payers and large insurers have.

Does my pharmacy accept Blink?

Yes. Over 57,000 pharmacies nationwide accept Blink, including most major chain locations in every state: Walmart, CVS, Rite Aid, Target, Kroger, Safeway and many more. Independent pharmacies in the MedImpact network also accept Blink.

Walgreens and Duane Reade pharmacy chains are no longer in the Blink Health network, as of March 1, 2017. If you fill your medication at either of these pharmacies, you will need to transfer your prescription.

If you would like to confirm that your pharmacy accepts Blink, please give us a call: 1-844-366-2211 and we will be happy to help you.

What if my pharmacist hasn’t heard of Blink?

No problem. Over 57,000 pharmacies nationwide accept Blink, but not every pharmacist has heard of Blink yet. Show the pharmacist your Blink Card and ask to process Blink as the primary payor. It works just like insurance and your co-pay will be $0.

Does Blink need a copy of my prescription?

No. Nothing changes with your prescription process. Even though Blink doesn't need to see a copy of your prescription, you still need a valid prescription from the doctor. Your pharmacist will validate the prescription at pickup.
